Will Jarvis sell to end users?

No – we are a distributor based business.

How are items sold?

Some items are sold via case quantity only, others are sold individually. Please refer to each item on the web site where we advise the case quantity. If an item is sold individually, it is noted as “open stock”

Do you accept credit card payments?

Sorry, we do not accept credit card payments. We are an account based business. A credit application is available in the forms section of the web site.

How do I get prices?

We do not issue a price list. Kindly contact our office (1 800 663 2289) to get up to date prices for any items of interest.

Where do you ship from?

All shipping is done from our warehouse located in Richmond, BC (a suburb of Vancouver)

How quickly can you ship?

Typically we ship the day following your order receipt. In the case of a rush requirement, we will try to ship the same day.
